Uwe Kamlage joined Hildemann + Partners as Senior Partner in Spring of 2011. Uwe is responsible for all of our Principles with a focus or an interest in the military aerospace markets and corresponding German and European OEMs, First Tier Suppliers, Military Endusers, Procurement Agencies and Governments. Uwe has extensive military aerospace industry and relating customer know-how and experience, and his intimate understanding of this particular market segment make him a very valuable asset to the team.

After his retirement as captain from the military services, Uwe started his career at former MBB / DASA in Munich as a Systems Engineer in the field of Electronic Warfare. His professional background includes functions as Head of the Flight Control System team for the Eurofighter / Typhoon programme within EADS /CASSIDIAN, Vice President Marketing and Sales at EADS Military aircraft and Senior Vice President Western Europe at EADS International in Paris. His final post was the Director Programmes at Panavia GmbH., holding the industrial management responsibility for the complete weapon system TORNADO, including the overall design authority and airworthiness. Panavia is the tri-national Prime contractor to the NATO agency NETMA. Uwe holds a Master Degree in Engineering from the University of the Armed Forces in Munich and qualifications in Economics from the Open University in Hagen. With now more than 25 years experience in Systems Engineering, International Programme Management and Marketing and Sales, Uwe is dedicated to contribute to the success of Hildemann + Partners.
