Joachim (Joe) Hildemann is Principal and the man after whom the company is named. He can look back at more than 20 years of professional experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. His career has largely involved executive positions in Germany, France, the US, Brazil, the Middle East and South East Asia. These positions were in the areas of sales, marketing, business development and general management. Joe held senior positions at Airbus and EADS, MTU Aero Engines, Diehl-Aircabin, SGL Carbon and different first and second tier suppliers. Joe is a German / American dual citizen. He speaks German, English and French fluently as he also spent many years studying and working in France. He holds a Masters Degree in International Business.
